These terms apply to this website and to purchases made in store at Blackbird Records, 132 Jellicoe Street, Te Puke 3119, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. By using the site or buying from us you accept them. Where anything here conflicts with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, those Acts apply.
Records, CDs and other stock listed or pictured on this site or on our social media are subject to availability. Second-hand stock is by nature one of a kind, so an item shown online may already have sold by the time you visit. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where it applies.
We take care with the condition grading of second-hand records, but grading involves judgement. If you are buying something specific and condition matters, ask us and we will describe it plainly or let you listen to it first.
If a new, sealed record or CD is faulty, bring it back with your receipt and we will replace it or refund it. Second-hand items are sold as described and graded, so please check or listen before you buy. We do not offer change of mind refunds on second-hand stock, though we will always talk it through with you.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Food and drink are prepared to order. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, tell us before ordering. We cannot guarantee a kitchen free of any particular allergen.
Content on this site, including text, layout and images, is provided for information. Product photography and stock imagery remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We aim to keep information such as opening hours and stock accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current. Ring the shop if it matters.
This site links to third party services including Google Maps and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
To the extent permitted by law, Blackbird Records is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
